About the Role

This Global Issues Data Analyst role will be a key member of the Financial Crimes Division, reporting to the Vice President in Charge of Compliance IM Data Management.

The successful candidate will support the team in leading the coordination and delivery of financial crimes compliance issues program globally, including:

  • Identifying responsive issues management data and information;
  • Researching and coordinating with stakeholders to provide accurate information;
  • Developing data, analyses, reports, and presentation materials.

The ideal candidate will have excellent data processing and communication skills, with the ability to contribute to the advancement of core program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Familiarize yourself with the financial crimes compliance framework, including Internal Audit and Compliance Testing roles.
  2. Develop understanding of global Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) regulatory regimes.
  3. Gain subject matter expertise in Issues Management policy, standard, and procedures.
  4. Develop partnerships with stakeholders to drive implementation of end-to-end GFCD Issues Management processes and procedures.
  5. Create/maintain detailed process documentation for GFCD IM Data Management processes.
  6. Work with regional IM Units as part of the IM Global Utility Management (GUM) team servicing issues management activities.
  7. Support the GFCD IM Teams to provide accurate information, including development of data, analyses, and presentation materials.
  8. Support Director-level staff in program development and execution.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Compliance or Risk Management areas.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with other data management tools is preferred.
  • Team player with willingness to learn, take initiative, and work hard.
  • Good work ethics with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
