Key Account Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to manage, oversee, and address technical needs for our clients and customers. This is a pivotal role in safeguarding assets, data, and reputation in the industry.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing key accounts, investigating and solving complex problems faced by customers, and collaborating with internal teams for escalations or critical issues. They will also maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers and analyze statistics and other data to determine the level of customer service being provided by the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Customer Support and Technical Account Management, preferably from Telecom and IT.
  • Engineering Graduate in Computer Science or Electronics.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, analytical mindset, and ability to manage timelines effectively.
  • Excellent communication in English (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills, flexible to work in 24x7 environment.
