Quality Assurance Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and hands-on experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In-process inspections
  • Defect reduction
  • RCA (8D, 5 Why) analysis
  • Calibration

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • incoming material inspection
  • supplier audits
  • NCR & CAPA handling

The selected individual will also focus on:

  • complaint handling
  • 8D reporting
  • customer satisfaction

Furthermore, they will ensure compliance with:

  • ISO 9001/BIS
  • SOPs
  • control plans
  • internal audits

Supporting new initiatives will involve:

  • APQP
  • PFMEA
  • validation
  • inspection planning

Quality KPIs tracking, Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke), and team coordination are essential skills for this role. Proficiency in quality tools (7QC, FMEA, SPC, MSA), MS Office, and measuring instruments is also required. Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills are necessary for success in this position.
