Post Sales Cloud Specialist

As a highly skilled and motivated professional, you will play a key role in driving our cloud growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to train sales teams on cloud products, features, use cases, and value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively pitch cloud solutions.
  • Work closely with sales teams to convert leads into cloud customers by actively guiding and supporting them in the sales process.
  • Provide technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and they achieve satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design custom cloud solutions for clients, leveraging your knowledge of cloud infrastructure, pricing models, deployment, and scalability.
  • Stay informed about cloud trends and competitors, providing strategic insights to sales and product teams to drive business growth.

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, pricing models, deployment, and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical teams.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client visits or onsite support.
