Senior Compliance Specialist

This is a high-level leadership position that oversees the implementation of ISO standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit preparation.
- Lead R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations from scratch
- Run thorough gap assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Deliver clear, actionable documentation to clients
- Guide clients in closing audit gaps and establishing sustainable compliance systems
- Collaborate with the Chief Consultant on strategy and project execution
- Work across various industries, from recycling to technology, and see tangible results
- Maintain organized project files, ensuring client satisfaction and audit readiness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or related field
- ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certifications (9001, 14001, 45001)
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in ISO and compliance management
- Desirable skills include knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in creating reports, SOPs, and client communications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
