Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to join our team as a Compliance Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting fieldwork and testing across various areas of laws, including AML, Privacy, Anti-corruption, Consumer Protection & Fairness, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely execution of fieldwork and testing of core responsibilities
  • Designing overall testing programs and conducting risk assessments
  • Regular communication with managers on work progress and findings
  • Leading conversations with senior stakeholders during kick-offs, testing, and issue alignment discussions
  • Training and mentoring colleagues in upskilling themselves with relevant knowledge and practices
  • Contribution to strategic initiatives and presentations to senior leadership
  • Developing remediation plans to address findings
  • Detecting emerging regulatory risks or impending legislation that may impact the Compliance Monitoring Plan

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance, preferably in a Big Four or bank/financial institution with an Anti-Money Laundering background
  • Good academic qualification with experience in compliance or legal with Anti-Money Laundering knowledge
  • Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA, or individuals with certifications in audit would be preferred

Functional Skills:

  • Strong internal control and validating testing skills
