This is a senior compliance role at a company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft partner requirements.
  • Develop and enforce internal policies consistent with Microsoft's code of conduct.
  • Stay up-to-date on Microsoft compliance requirements and manage impacts to internal policies/procedures.
  • Provide regular updates on the company's compliance status to leadership and report/escalate potential issues.
  • Manage annual Microsoft Partner compliance process, ensuring timely completion of assessments and audits.
  • Oversee demo tenants, including user administration and cost analysis reporting.
  • Organize and project manage technology resources, reporting and reconciliation regularly.
  • Guide compliance concerns with global expansion.
  • Maintain Microsoft Partner specializations by monitoring metric requirements, ensuring fulfillment and renewal in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with IT, legal, finance, and business teams across geographies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance, risk management or program management roles.
  • Familiarity with data privacy/security standards (ISO 27001, SOC2).
  • Strong attention to detail reviewing contracts, policies, and data.
  • Analyze license consumption reports or audit findings and develop remediation steps.
  • Prior work with vendor compliance programs or technology internal audits is beneficial.
  • Leading cross-functional projects, defining action plans, and ensuring accountability.
  • Managing multiple compliance workstreams and deadlines.
  • High-level communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and Microsoft representatives.
