Compliance Risk Specialist

The Compliance Risk Specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating risks within the organization. As a senior risk management professional, you will conduct thorough reviews of business processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and control evaluations based on sampling and good understanding of retail products, policies, and processes.
  • Lead branch visits, credit hindsight alliance review discussions, and publish reports with clear timelines and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify risks and controls of the business and publish hindsight reports and dashboards periodically to senior management for process improvement decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in risk management.
  • Graduation in Commerce, Science, Arts, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Post-graduation in Master of Business Administration or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Existing credit and rural experience.
  • Local language knowledge.
