Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the efficiency of our dialer campaign operations. This role is critical in achieving daily contact objectives for all clients through best practices and software tools.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of State and National regulation compliance, client specific dialing strategies, and performance metrics such as penetration goals, abandonment rates, contact rates, call volume, AHT, staff utilization, and agent idle time.

This position involves utilizing cloud-based dialing software suites like Bright Pattern, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power Pivot, etc.), and SQL Server Management Studio for custom reporting and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design outbound solution strategies around contact center technology solutions and Omni Channel ACD technology.
  • Help design dialer agent scripting, disposition, and reporting solutions.
  • Work with Business Development and Client Services teams on technology solutions.
  • Monitor performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Closely document work with systems and servers.
  • Develop and implement Everise/Client dialer strategies.
  • Work with App Dev / BI Reporting team to build, maintain, audit, and monitor standard and custom dialer reports.
  • Analyze data and system performance to identify trends, risks, and possible improvements.
