Business Insurance Solutions Expert

Opportunity to shape innovative insurance solutions in a dynamic team.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications, and actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex insurance business processes and be able to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth delivery and efficient outcomes.
- Developing and implementing solutions that meet business requirements and drive successful project outcomes.
- Leveraging SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proven expertise in writing user stories and technical specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Deep domain knowledge and hands-on experience within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in writing and executing detailed SQL queries.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Power BI is a plus.
