Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a process consultant to drive lead-to-revenue domain solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional leads to ensure comprehensive business consultation requirements discussions.
  • Design scalable, maintainable, and extensible solutions that promote out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Guide offshore delivery teams on technical and functional domains as required.
  • Conduct process roadmaps and solution architecture reviews with project teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in software project implementations related to CRM pricing domain or cloud platform products.
  • Complete understanding of core technical concepts, including RDBMS, Cloud Technologies, PaaS, SaaS Platforms, etc.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
