Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Microsoft GP, Sage Intacct, and have experience with cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for month end and year end, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and subledgers.
  • Manage payroll processing through an external provider and accounting software, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting processes, including financial statement projections and cash flow analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data and support business growth initiatives.

The successful candidate must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in accounting or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in private accounting. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities are essential for this role.
