As a seasoned Marketing Strategist - Demand Generation, you will lead and optimize performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

  • You must have 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta).

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and the need for ongoing user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
