We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our projects as a key member of our team. As a Senior Site Civil and Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of construction sites.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes.
You will be responsible for reviewing complex technical drawings, coordinating with teams, developing and implementing construction methodologies, structural detailing, and quality control systems. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural detailing, and building code compliance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with STAAD Pro, ETABS, or similar tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills are also desirable. Experience with local construction regulations, quality systems, and statutory compliance is a plus.
