Key Responsibilities- Lead a global team of infrastructure leads, engineers, and service owners.
- Align with our global IT strategy, focusing on automation, scalability, and cloud-native architecture.
- Represent infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums.
- Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms.
- Own and improve SLAs and KPIs regarding design, deployment, transition to manage, decommission, incident response, problem management, and change control processes.
- Champion operational enablement, compliance, and security best practices.
- Lead the transformation from legacy systems to modern infrastructure.
- Support DevOps toolchain integration and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption.
- Foster a high-performing, engaged, and continuously learning team culture.
