We are seeking an accomplished Storage Infrastructure Specialist to design, develop and maintain scalable storage systems for cloud-native environments. This role requires expertise in designing and implementing distributed storage systems, including Ceph, ZFS and NFS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust storage solutions using Ceph and ZFS
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to storage, networking and container orchestration systems
  • Implement monitoring, logging and alerting for infrastructure using tools like Prometheus
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless CI/CD and infrastructure reliability

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure roles
  • Proficient with Ceph (RADOS, RBD, CephFS) and ZFS administration
  • Expertise in managing NFS servers and performance tuning
  • Preferred knowledge of Kubernetes internals, networking and cluster lifecycle management

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience using the Rook-Ceph operator for Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of CSI storage drivers and volume provisioning in Kubernetes

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering
