We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage, maintain and secure the organization's IT infrastructure.

The role involves administering servers, networks and operating systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring high availability of IT services for business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Server Administration: Install, configure and maintain Windows/Linux servers and operating systems.
  • Network Management: Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email servers and backup systems.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor server performance and perform regular system health checks.
  • Cybersecurity: Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches and VPNs. Implement and enforce IT security policies and access controls. Apply security patches and conduct vulnerability checks.
  • User Support: Provide L2/L3 technical support to end-users for system, network and hardware issues.
  • IT Asset Management: Manage user accounts, permissions and IT assets. Train staff on IT best practices and security awareness.
  • Disaster Recovery: Monitor system logs, event alerts and proactively resolve issues. Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery drills.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation of IT assets, procedures and configurations.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements and licensing.
