Enterprise Performance Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Performance Management Specialist to drive the implementation and support of our enterprise performance management solutions. These solutions will enable accurate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/Planning) with proven experience in financial planning processes and stakeholder engagement. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting these solutions, as well as developing and maintaining financial models, reports, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise performance management solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
  • Provide technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/Planning) to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continued improvement.

Requirements:

  • More than 6 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning/EPBCS) implementation and support.
  • A strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Hands-on experience in business rules and calculation manager, data management and integrations (FDMEE, Data Management, EPM Automate), Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, metadata and security management, Essbase cube design, optimization, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Essbase cube design, optimization, and reporting.
  • A solid knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and FP&A processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
