Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM specialist with expertise in FCCS financial consolidation and close, ARCS account reconciliation, and EPBCS enterprise planning and budgeting cloud service.

The role involves end-to-end implementation support and optimization of EPM Cloud applications to drive accurate consolidation streamlined reconciliations and effective planning forecasting processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design configuration deployment of FCCS ARCS and EPBCS solutions
  2. Work with finance business stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into technical functional solutions
  3. Develop metadata business rules calculations data forms dashboards across all three applications
  4. Configure account reconciliations in ARCS including profiles formats matching rules
  5. Support consolidation close cycles in FCCS including intercompany eliminations cash flow reporting
  6. Build planning budgeting forecasting models in EPBCS including workforce capex financials
  7. Manage data integration automation between EPM modules ERP systems using Data Management EPM Automate
  8. Develop maintain reports dashboards Smart View queries for end-users
  9. Provide production support troubleshoot issues ensure timely resolution
  10. Ensure compliance with accounting standards audit requirements corporate policies
  11. Prepare documentation conduct user training transfer knowledge to business teams

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in FCCS ARCS EPBCS design build support
  • Solid understanding of financial close account reconciliations planning cycles
  • Proficiency with EPM Automate Smart View Data Management/FDMEE Reporting tools
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles IFRS/GAAP FP&A processes
  • Ability to work in both project implementation support environments
