We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM Planning professional to join our team. As a Senior Engineer - Oracle EPBCS, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering planning solutions across Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, and Long-Range Planning.

About the Role:
  • Configure EPBCS applications for strategic business initiatives and drive planning excellence.
  • Design and implement calculation rules, forms, and driver-based models to support forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate planning requirements into technical solutions and templates.
  • Maintain key project artifacts: Configuration documents, design specs, test scripts.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with ERP and EPM systems (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPRCS) through Data Management and OIC.
  • Evaluate and improve delivery quality across development, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Promote performance, accuracy, and compliance in planning applications.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in Oracle EPM with at least 4+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience configuring financial planning modules and driving process improvements.
  • Strong skills in calculation rules, forms, Smart View, and planning templates.
  • Excellent understanding of finance planning cycles (AOP, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, monthly/quarterly forecasts).
  • Familiarity with integration flows and data management.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to support business stakeholders effectively.
