About the Position:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of ERP/EPM engineers in Hyderabad.
  • Drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
  • Partner with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers and principal engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Act as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth communication between leadership teams and India-based team members.
  • Work closely with leadership to align on guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning, ensuring global priorities are translated into actionable team outcomes.
  • Support workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development.
  • Champion values of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices.
  • Ensure team alignment with global ERP/EPM delivery standards and business priorities.
  • Promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and recognition programs.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role. They will have strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.

  • Oracle GL and Subledger Accounting
