Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our finance team as a Senior Engineer - Oracle EPM. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions across ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and Transaction Matching.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work with our global ERP Engineering team, driving the next generation of finance transformation. In this role, you will design and deliver solutions to support automated reconciliations, compliance, and global financial reporting accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle EPM Cloud with ARCS/Transaction Matching delivery and possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Optimize ARCS: Design and implement reconciliation formats, matching rules, profiles, and compliance dashboards to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
  • Implement Transaction Matching Rules: Develop and automate matching rules for bank, sub-ledger, and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems.
  • Develop Dashboards and Reports: Create intuitive dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into reconciliation status, compliance, and exceptions, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain Key Delivery Artifacts: Build and maintain configuration documents, functional design documents, technical design documents, and other essential project materials.
  • Partner with ERP Teams: Collaborate with ERP teams to deliver integrated reconciliation processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Ensure Full Lifecycle Coverage: Implement SDLC methodology, covering development, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and post-deployment support, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide Production Support: Offer ongoing support, resolve incidents, and drive performance optimization to ensure maximum system uptime and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud with ARCS/Transaction Matching delivery.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
  • Ability to influence, mentor, and build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and peers.
  • Outstanding critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise good judgment.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a mindset for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Familiarity with OIC, Data Management, OTBI, Smart View, and Agile ways of working.
Must-Have Skills
  • Oracle ARCS and Transaction Matching.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Oracle Certifications (ARCS / EPM) preferred, and team members expected to complete certification as part of growth and delivery excellence.
  • Exposure to FCCS, EDMCS, EPRCS, or additional EPM modules.
  • Scripting skills (SQL, EPM Automate).
  • Experience with global compliance and regulatory reporting.
  • Cross-domain ERP knowledge (GL / AP / CM / Projects).
