The Role: We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Strategist to lead the creation and execution of marketing plans that support our company goals. This role includes leading a talented marketing team, improving both online and offline marketing channels, and using data to boost brand visibility, engage customers, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

  • Create and implement a clear marketing plan to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and improve marketing efforts to stay competitive.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Evaluate all marketing messages for consistency across different platforms.
  • Measure campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report results to management.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials like brochures, presentations, videos, and website content.

Digital Marketing:

  • Enhance digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage the company's website to enhance user experience and increase lead conversion.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to better engage customers.
  • Collaborate with IT and outside vendors to set up digital marketing technologies.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure resources are used effectively for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to track spending and measure campaign performance.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals by providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Set goals for the team to ensure targets are met.
  • Create a positive work environment that motivates the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align on marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the main contact for outside marketing vendors and consultants.
  • Ensure effective communication between the marketing department and other key business units.

Customer Experience:

  • Foster improved customer experiences from lead generation to post-purchase engagement.
  • Optimize the customer journey to build loyalty and retain customers.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track performance and inform decisions.
  • Provide insights based on market data.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 depending on location and experience.
