Job Overview

The Project Director plays a pivotal role in delivering luxury villas and bungalows with an obsessive focus on quality, detailing, and execution excellence.

The ideal candidate will lead and oversee all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects, including design, construction, and project planning. They will be responsible for developing detailed project plans ensuring high quality, precision, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead smaller but more intense teams, emphasizing quality over quantity of projects.
  • Provide mentorship, hands-on guidance, and ensure direct involvement in problem-solving.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability, precision, and excellence within the team.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years managing premium projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality (villas, resorts, hotels) preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age: Below 40 years.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High proficiency in construction finance, billing, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships with designers, consultants, and vendors.
