As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our PCS/BESS systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide on-site technical support and remote technical work for these products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing on-site technical support and troubleshooting issues related to PCS/BESS products
  • Guiding customers through simple faults and resolving more complex problems
  • Managing on-site spare parts and inventory levels
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and effective communication
  • Staying up-to-date with the working principles of our PCS/BESS products and providing training to customers as needed

In addition to your technical expertise, we also look for individuals who possess excellent self-motivation skills, are able to plan effectively in ambiguous situations, and have a strong proficiency in English.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS systems, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
