Senior Paid Search Strategist

A seasoned Senior Paid Search Strategist is required to drive our digital marketing initiatives forward.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement robust paid search strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Identify high-potential keywords and target audiences for campaign optimization.
- Monitor budget allocations and adjust bid strategies to enhance ROI.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge campaign effectiveness and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Compile detailed reports for management using data visualization tools.
- Craft compelling ad copy to engage target audiences.
- Propose and execute new campaign ideas across various platforms.
- Negotiate partnerships with paid advertising platforms and vendors.
- Implement measures to mitigate click fraud risks.
- Find innovative ways to showcase campaign performance for limited budgets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in paid search and SEM.
- 4-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proficiency in SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with multiple platforms, including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google GA4 and Microsoft Clarity.
- Understanding of HTML and XML is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; Google Ads certification is beneficial.
