Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Search Expert to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of keyword targeting, and a proven track record of driving ROI through paid search strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC networks.
• Develop and implement strategic advertising initiatives to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and keyword targeting to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor and manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search advertising.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure compelling ad copy and messaging.
• Implement and refine audience segmentation strategies for precise targeting.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing paid search campaigns.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and third-party tracking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with campaign optimization techniques such as bid adjustments, keyword segmentation, and ad copy testing.
• Knowledge of search engine trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with budget management and forecasting.
• Basic understanding of landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
