Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing code, with a proven track record of building, shipping, and maintaining software.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices and coding standards.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing an engineering team.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop software developers to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and track multiple projects simultaneously.
Education:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred but not necessary.
