Job Title: Technical Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned tech lead with extensive experience in PHP-based coding, having exposure to platforms like Magento, Joomla, Drupal, and WordPress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of developers to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Undertaking research and development initiatives to drive innovation and improvement
  • Managing international clients on various projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations
  • Project Management, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion
  • Product enhancements, refining existing products to meet evolving market demands
  • Requirements analysis, gathering and documenting stakeholder needs
  • Database structure development, designing and implementing efficient data storage solutions
  • Developing PHP backend code for pre-created site storyboards in HTML, bringing websites to life
  • Coordinating with the QA team to resolve bugs and ensure high-quality software releases
  • Active participation in R&D, driving technological advancements and improvements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading teams and coordinating with team members
  • Good knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles
  • High-level problem-solving abilities and logical analysis skills to tackle complex challenges
  • Strong debugging skills, ability to quickly read and modify existing code
  • Proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML5, Zend framework, JavaScript, AJAX, and XML
  • Strong knowledge in CMS like Magento, Joomla, & WordPress, with hands-on experience in setting up and customizing these platforms
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration and communication
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical ideas and concepts effectively
