Lead Software Engineer: A Key Role in Our Team

About the Job

The Lead Software Engineer is a crucial member of our team, responsible for spearheading software development and maintenance on web and cloud platforms. This role involves driving functional specifications, user stories, epics, high- and low-level designs, test plans, and deployment strategies to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage delivery plans, ensuring alignment with our established processes.
  • Drive technical specifications, user stories, and epics, as well as high-level design, low-level design, data structures, and algorithm selection.
  • Oversee the quality of work products and ensure that tasks are completed as estimated.
  • Resolve system design interface issues that arise during implementation and resolve dependencies.
  • Estimate project size, effort, budgets, and plan, schedule, dependencies, deliverables, equipment planning, staffing plans, projects, and tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 large-scale implementations or 3-4 projects utilizing relevant technologies.
  • Experience in developing highly secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.
  • Deep expertise in Web full-stack technologies.
  • Candidates with C# .NET background are preferred.
