About the Role

We are seeking a Business Growth Expert to join our team at Altudo. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by introducing innovative project management and collaboration solutions using Asana and MIRO to businesses across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by introducing innovative project management and collaboration solutions using Asana and MIRO to businesses across India.
  • Work closely with the Asana, MIRO, and Altudo teams to deliver the best solutions and drive successful outcomes for clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services sector.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to acquire new accounts and foster long-term client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA from a premier institute.
  • 5+ years of recent experience in sales, specializing in IT services, data solutions, or technology consulting.
  • Strong network of C-suite, VP, and Director-level connections, especially in the APAC region (India-focused).
  • Expertise in ITES (IT-enabled services) sales with a deep understanding of the APAC market.
  • Proven experience in both new business acquisition (hunting) and account management.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools to manage pipelines and track sales performance.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
