Key Responsibilities:
  • We require an individual to support our Transactions, Acquisitions, and Operations teams in ensuring seamless property transactions from sourcing to completion.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing due diligence tasks, documentation, and follow-ups with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • They will also coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress transactions efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate transaction records and preparing reports will be a crucial aspect of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency, driving excellence in our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written English) are essential for success in this role.
  • A strong attention to detail and organisational ability will enable the individual to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment is vital for this position.
  • The ideal candidate will have an interest in property, legal, or administrative processes, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in real estate, property transactions, legal support, or administrative roles would be highly beneficial for this position.
  • Familiarity with CRM or transaction management systems would be an advantage in this role.
