Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Acquisitions Associate to join our Transactions team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting acquisitions, transactions, and operations teams to ensure smooth property transactions from sourcing to completion.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written English), strong attention to detail and organisational ability, and a proactive mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the acquisition process, managing due diligence tasks, documentation, and follow-ups with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain transaction records and prepare reports.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written English).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Proactive mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in real estate, property transactions, legal support, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM or transaction management systems.
