We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing, deploying and maintaining scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities include hands-on engineering, stakeholder coordination and oversight of infrastructure projects. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, analysis skills and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 2-3 years in technical leadership roles. Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) virtualization, cloud platforms, networking and storage is essential.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Lead infrastructure projects across networking, servers, storage and cloud.
  • Serve as SME for Windows/Linux environments, virtualization and backup/recovery systems.
  • Provide mentorship to infrastructure engineers and support teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 2-3 years in technical leadership roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analysis skills.
  • Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
