Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs.
  2. Prepare Bills of Quantity.
  3. Prepare Project Estimates.
  4. Prepare Tender Documents and Specifications based on Drawings.
  5. Check Work Onsite as per Drawing.
  6. Check Site Progress Physically and Financially.
  7. Check Quality of Material & Workmanship.
  8. Daily Reporting, Communication with Clients and Site Engineers.
  9. Cross Check Drawings with Architecture and other technical aspects.
  10. Weekly / Monthly Report Preparation & Presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Civil related companies or freshers can apply.

Requirements:

  • Ready for site visits.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and English language.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • 2-Wheeler required.
