Job Title: Reservation Team Coordinator

A key role that requires effective communication, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily tasks and workloads, including incoming guest calls & emails, providing information about hotel services according to established standards.
  • Ensure effective communication and attention to detail in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Process reservations, enquiries, and special requests accurately, adhering to company policies.
  • Educate guests on our philosophy and wellness offerings, addressing individual needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service for complex inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach during guest interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with the Front Office, Sales, and Wellness team.
  • Keep accurate records and generate reports on reservations, occupancy, and revenue as needed.
  • Work under pressure, handling high volumes of work during peak periods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and cultivate new guest relationships.
  • Assist with reservation bookings via phone and email, ensuring accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS) & CRM.
  • Proactively engage with guests throughout their journey at Ananda to enhance their experience.
  • Cultivate innovative approaches to business development.
  • Solve problems effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  3. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
