  • We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, who can gather and organize information to resolve billing issues and communicate effectively with customers regarding payments.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records of all A/R transactions.
  • Prior experience in invoicing and accounting software is essential, as well as proficiency in preparing and processing payments to vendors.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English are required, along with the ability to collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

About This Role:

  • Responsibilities include generating and sending invoices to customers, monitoring accounts for timely collection of outstanding balances, reconciling discrepancies and resolving billing issues.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, preparing financial reports and assisting in financial analysis as required.
  • An understanding of U.S. GAAP regulations is essential, with the ability to ensure compliance in all accounting activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a related field is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently, with strong active listening and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in a US night shift, with the ability to stay updated on U.S. GAAP regulations and ensure compliance in all accounting activities.
