Job Overview:

The Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Operations Coordinator will be responsible for handling daily operations of the SEZ facility, including administrative tasks and communication with SEZ officers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling international and domestic shipments
  • Preparing and filing BOE and invoice endorsements
  • Communicating effectively with SEZ officers to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinating bonding/de-bonding processes and managing DTAP filings and endorsements
  • Ensuring timely and accurate import/export, zone-to-zone, and IUT BOE filing and endorsement through the SEZ online platform

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of customs procedures and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
