Job Description: STPI/SEZ Documentation and Operations Manager/Executive

Location: Banglore/Chennai/Hyderabad

Reports to: Head of Operations/Compliance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and execute STPI/SEZ documentation and operational activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manager Level:

  • Oversee STPI/SEZ documentation, including registration, renewal, and amendments

  • Ensure compliance with STPI/SEZ regulations, rules, and guidelines

  • Manage operational aspects, including unit setup, expansion, and closure

  • Coordinate with government authorities, STPI/SEZ officials, and internal stakeholders

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and SOPs for STPI/SEZ operations

  • Lead a team of executives, providing guidance and support

  • Analyze operational data, identifying areas for improvement

Executive Level:

  • Prepare and submit STPI/SEZ documentation, including applications and returns

  • Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, government authorities, and STPI/SEZ officials

  • Maintain accurate records and databases

  • Assist in operational activities, including unit setup and expansion

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in STPI/SEZ documentation and operations

  • Strong knowledge of STPI/SEZ regulations, rules, and guidelines

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of export-import regulations and procedures

  • Experience with STPI/SEZ software and systems

  • Familiarity with compliance and risk management principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
