Job Description: STPI/SEZ Documentation and Operations Manager/Executive
Location: Banglore/Chennai/Hyderabad
Reports to: Head of Operations/Compliance Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and execute STPI/SEZ documentation and operational activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manager Level:
Oversee STPI/SEZ documentation, including registration, renewal, and amendments
Ensure compliance with STPI/SEZ regulations, rules, and guidelines
Manage operational aspects, including unit setup, expansion, and closure
Coordinate with government authorities, STPI/SEZ officials, and internal stakeholders
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and SOPs for STPI/SEZ operations
Lead a team of executives, providing guidance and support
Analyze operational data, identifying areas for improvement
Executive Level:
Prepare and submit STPI/SEZ documentation, including applications and returns
Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, government authorities, and STPI/SEZ officials
Maintain accurate records and databases
Assist in operational activities, including unit setup and expansion
Identify and mitigate operational risks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in STPI/SEZ documentation and operations
Strong knowledge of STPI/SEZ regulations, rules, and guidelines
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of export-import regulations and procedures
Experience with STPI/SEZ software and systems
Familiarity with compliance and risk management principles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
