Job Title: Performance Marketing and AI Growth Lead

We are seeking an experienced performance marketing and AI growth lead to join our founding team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies, utilizing AI tools to drive growth, and analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Heygen, Suno AI, Midjourney, etc. to enhance marketing efforts and improve campaign performance
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and AI

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in D2C/FMCG performance marketing
  • Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising
  • Advanced knowledge of AI tools and their applications in marketing
  • Growth hacking mentality with startup spirit
