Job Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Performance Marketer to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

This role will develop, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale the customer base.

The ideal candidate has expertise in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search advertising.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
