Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software applications.

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
