We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Premium Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to acquire high-value customers.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver results.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in premium acquisition or sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with CRM software is an added advantage.
