We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Premium Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to acquire high-value customers.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver results.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in premium acquisition or sales.
- Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with CRM software is an added advantage.
