We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and Managed Services projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong fundamentals in project management, hands-on experience with Managed Services delivery, and proven expertise in Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the project lifecycle ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Drive SLA-driven service delivery with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous service improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Severity 1 & Severity 2 issues, coordinating swift resolution with minimal impact to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain coverage rosters to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of Root Cause Analysis documents, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
  • Effectively manage and refine the project backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work items aligned with business goals.
  • Anticipate risks proactively, establish mitigation strategies, and address issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain a consistent reporting cadence to clients and internal leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in Project Management concepts – risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, change management, and decision logging.
  • Proven experience delivering projects in a Managed Services environment, including SLA management and governance models.
  • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on delivery experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability, driving deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with excellent documentation skills and the ability to maintain a structured source of truth.
  • Strong proactive risk anticipation and mitigation capabilities.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence and lead conversations.
