Data Management Operations Team Lead

A key member is needed to lead an enterprise Data Management Operations team in their Agile transformation efforts. The successful candidate will have expertise facilitating Agile teams within enterprise environments, preferably in application development, enterprise migrations, or data warehouse/data engineering teams.
The team that you would be joining focuses on ensuring timely delivery for large-scale enterprise data warehouse migration projects. This team spans across Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Data Science lines of business.
- Facilitate Agile teams in a high-performing software release environment (ideally 5+ years)
- Agile methodologies and best practices
- Prior experience working in a Data Analytics organization and/or managing data engineering/data science teams, BI, data warehousing, or cloud (more Paas or SaaS) migrations
Key Skills:
- Proficient in ADO
- Basic SQL skills (will accept proficiency in MS access)
- Experience in Azure cloud preferred; will accept expertise in alternate cloud providers
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proactive approach
