Job Role: Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science team and drive meaningful insights from raw data.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the data science team, planning projects, and developing analytics models that inform business decisions.

Your ultimate goal will be to help improve our AI services by extracting maximum value from client data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and implement statistical techniques, algorithms, and machine learning models to create innovative solutions addressing business challenges across various domains.
  • Define, develop, maintain, and evolve data models, tools, and capabilities to support business growth.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations.
  • Collaborate and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Provide solutions for tasks such as object detection, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, concept extraction, recommender systems, text classification, clustering, customer segmentation & targeting, propensity modeling, churn modeling, lifetime value estimation, forecasting, response to incentives modeling, marketing mix optimization, price optimization.
  • Ability to build, train, and lead a team of data scientists.
  • Adhere to agile methodologies for delivering project milestones.
  • Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Apply statistical methods to data sets to answer business questions.
  • Mine and analyze data to optimize product development, marketing strategies, and business operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical field.
  • At least 6 years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years in a related position, such as data scientist or business analyst, building computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions for various business problems.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Programming expertise in at least one of the following languages: Python, R, C, C++.
  • Strong individual planning and project management skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver agreed results on-time.
  • Ability to present analytical output in clear, concise, and persuasive insights & recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong influence and relationship management skills.
