Job Title: Senior Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the design and development of our next-generation platforms.

  • Define and own the end-to-end architecture.
  • Lead technical design discussions and drive decision-making in collaboration with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure a high-quality product.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and Own the End-to-End Architecture: Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise architecture plans, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  2. Lead Technical Design Discussions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical design decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Ensure System Scalability and Performance: Implement scalable and efficient systems that meet evolving business needs.
  4. Provide Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide development teams to achieve technical excellence and promote best practices.
  5. Work Closely with Stakeholders: Translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of software development experience, with at least 4+ years in an architectural role.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
  • Strong experience in architecting scalable, distributed systems.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers (Kafka).
  • Proven knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrated experience in secure coding practices, threat modeling, and security compliance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks-particularly React-for seamless full-stack integration.
