About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring seamless partner support, and achieving sales targets for loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners to drive consistent business volumes
- Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partnerships
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through effective channel management
- Train channel partners on product offerings, pricing, and process updates
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct regular partner performance reviews and share market insights with management
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)
- Prior experience in managing DSAs or similar partner networks is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of retail lending products and market dynamics
