Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished leader to manage a team of skilled developers in creating innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor a team of developers to achieve organizational objectives
  • Oversee front-end and back-end development, database architecture, and API integrations
  • Ensure adherence to coding, security, and DevOps best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature implementation
  • Manage deployments, release cycles, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
  • Experience with Angular, Node.js, ASP.NET, MVC, WebForms, SignalR, and Power BI
  • Proficient with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PL/SQL

Preferred Skills & Leadership:

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Strategic planning and project execution capability

Experience:

  • Experience with Maximo mobile and automation tools (EzMaxMobile, MIF, Python scripting)
