Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and expertise in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting storage systems.
- Offer L1 and L2 support for NetApp storage systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot storage systems, including firmware upgrades.
- Monitor system performance, manage capacity planning, and perform tuning to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Allocate resources, manage capacity planning, and ensure efficient utilization.
- Implement data protection strategies, ensuring availability and integrity of backups and disaster recovery processes.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, effective communication skills, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
